JOB EXPERIENCE
He worked for the Attitudinal and Behavioral Change (ABC) Secretariat in the Ministry of Information and Communications as Regional Coordinator for the Northern Region in Sierra Leone for almost two years. His main duty among others was to help disseminate the ABC concept through trainings and sensitization to all the five districts in the Northern Region.
He worked for an American based International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) known as World Hope International for twelve years as Regional Coordinator for the Northern Region in Sierra Leone. He resigned from this job due to a government appointment for a job position that he was very passionate about. His new appointment and job responsibilities falls within his core interest. He saw the Government appointment as answered prayers and an opportunity to serve his country in another capacity that falls within his purview.

Before joining the World Hope International, he worked for CARITAS Makeni for two years as Field Health Coordinator in charge of monitoring and supervising all clinics supported by the Organization. Some of his roles were to conduct trainings and develop proposals for funding.

Prior to the aforesaid, he worked for the Wesleyan Church of Sierra Leone in the Health Care Ministry Department as Health Coordinator for five years in Madina Tonko Limba Chiefdom in Kambia District Sierra Leone. He was in charge of both static and outreach services, and conducted trainings for community health workers and prepared monthly reports to the effect.

His first job was with the Ministry of Health and Sanitation in Sierra Leone, where he worked for eight years as senior Community Health Nurse in the Bombali Primary Health Care (PHC) Makeni, northern Sierra Leone. During his tenure of office with the Bombali Primary Health Care program, he worked in Paki Masabong, Biriwa Limba, and Safroko Limba Chiefdoms in Sierra Leone respectively. It was while at this job, he became interested in Primary Health Care and wanted to do more to help elevate the health of people in Africa and other developing nations, and as a result he decided to further his studies in the United Kingdom in the area of PHC Education under an awarded scholarship.

He also developed the interest in community development work and the attitudinal change concept which is critical in our everyday life activities.
